Noticeboard

Celebrating our volunteers!

NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you what to do.

Use this service if:

  •       you think you might have coronavirus;
  •       in the last 14 days you've been to a country or area with a high risk   of coronavirus;
  •       you've been in close contact with someone with coronavirus.

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Call 111 if you need to speak to someone.

Test Results

When you attend a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results.

If your results are normal it is unlikely you will hear from us. No news is good news.

If we do get in touch, our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor. Results can be accessed online, ask the surgery to give you access.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.

No Levels will be given out over the phone to patients. You can access your results online through patient services, or ask the staff member to print your results off for you.
