We are offering NHS Health Checks for free if you are eligible. Your NHS Health Check is in 2 parts
Part 1 includes a blood test, height, weight, BP, and lifestyle questions. Its face to face with one of our nursing team.
Part 2 is a follow-up telephone call 2 weeks after to let you know what your results are and if we any follow up needs to happen.
